The Blackburn Grid Side Beacon lights are made to be seen by all corners. Being able to see in the dark is important, but also to be visible to cars. A recent study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has shown that 27% of bicycle accidents are lateral impacts and 30% of fatal accidents occur in crosses (between 2010-2017). Being seen by all angles while pedaling has never been easier. The Grid Side Beacon was imagined to work with the front / rear headlights to make you more visible at 360 degrees. Designed to be mounted on both sides of the fork with reusable silicone straps, the Grid Side Beacon can be used as an independent light or as part of our set of Luminate 360 lights.
