Pulitting is the heart of the new 1X Ekar system, with its crowns options covering a wide range of uses
Obviously, L'Single gear is simple to use: no derailler, a significantly reduced weight, less on the move that collect dirt and can create hitches and high safety of the chain, without unnecessary gear overlaps - perfect solution for Gravel Paths.
The two pedagles made of UD carbon fiber Montano Semiperni in Aisi 630 steel, in line with the wise combination of the materials of the whole Ekar group, in order to obtain light components, but with the maximum efficiency and durability.
The new Protec ™ technology combines the two semi -perni inside the central movement, with a single resistant live. The oversized stainless steel bearing is located on the pedagle, bilted on the semiper, for the utmost smoothness and resistance - and to be easily accessible for LInspection and maintenance, without having to disassemble the caps.
There are four gears options: Adventure has 38 teeth; Pure Gravel is 40t, Fast Gravel is 42t and Egravel 44T. Their optimized design offers efficient transmission and maximum reliability of the chain.
The 7075 aluminum crowns, light and resistant, are easily interchangeable: you can simply unscrew them from the four arms of the pedestrade without the need to disassemble the crankset. The four arms, set asymmetrically for an optimal load distribution, have a 123 mm round. Changing gears is a simple and efficient way to change your relationship while dealing with different types of path.
The Ekar garnish has four length of the pedestrian length - 165, 170, 172.5 and 175 mm - to adapt to cyclists and bikes of all types. For some gravel bikes with low central movement, the shorter pedagles are the most used to avoid getting stuck on disconnected and unpredictable surfaces.
A 145.5 mm Q factor offers a comfortable and efficient pedaling style, whatever yours Size.
UD carbon arms are equipped with removable protective terminal caps, to keep your components as new, whatever the soil you face.

Technology
Pro-tech ™
The patented Pro-Tech ™ double-sequel technology firmly connects the two semi-perni inside the central movement and protects the bearings from the entrance of water and mud, providing high-performance longevity, even in the worst conditions. LInnovative and tested Ultra-Torque ™ technology has been developed in a gravel key: the Hirth joint of the Pro-Tech ™ system presents self-decentral and self-employed teeth located in the center of the pile where the ends of the integrated semi-serins meet. The pins are fixed together with a single protected oversized vine, their precise coupling may even remedy the misalignment that some carbon frames may have thanks to the tiny differences in tolerance in their manufacture.
The transmission of the pair of the Pro-Tech ™ pedagle system is efficient as that of a unique passing pivot and is lighter. Furthermore, being better protected than other systems, it is also more durable. The oversized stainless steel bearing placed on the pedagple, outside the caps of the central movement, offers maximum rigidity, smoothness and resistance thanks to the increased diameter of the pins.
