The lightest way to climb
The ARC 1100 SPLINE 38 CS reaches new heights of engineering excellence, with carbon spokes making it the lightest Aero wheelset on the market. Each element has been designed down to the smallest detail to optimize weight without compromising performance. Refined carbon spokes reduce weight, allowing you to conquer a climb later L'other. The heart is represented by a new SPLINE hub mounted on a 38 mm high Aero carbon rim, the lightest ever. The result of PURE Carbon technology, it guarantees that, even uphill, you won't have to fear gravity. For less steep slopes, the aerodynamically optimized profile will push you to the top faster than ever.
Circle
The ultimate climbing rim with a height of 38 mm combines the lightness of our PURE Carbon technology and Laerodynamic optimization, to get to the top even faster.
Carbon spokes
The first set of wheels with carbon spokes. The aerodynamic carbon spokes guarantee greater rigidity and lightness.
Hub
180 straightpull hub for carbon spokes with specially engineered design and flanges machined with great precision.
WTS Aero optimized
With 26mm Continental AERO 111 tires at the front and 28mm Continental GP 5000 STR tires at the rear.

WTS technology
Wheel and tire optimization as a complete system, to be even faster. While already offering some of the fastest wheels on the market, the next step was to start considering the wheel and tire as a complete system: the Wheel Tire System (WTS). With AERO 111 we have developed the ideal front tire tailored to our rims, bringing L'aerodynamic optimization at a higher level. The development of the complete wheel-tyre system (WTS) is part of our AERO+ concept, the perfect synthesis of resistance, handling and efficiency. We have applied this technology to our Aero and Endurance categories, taking their aerodynamic advantages to the next level with a tailor-made tire, which perfectly fits their respective internal rim widths.
Aero+
The perfect symbiosis between resistance, manageability and effectiveness. When perfecting a wheel according to the AERO+ concept, LThe optimization of the various parameters is aimed at a single objective: increasing speed! Translational drag is the aerodynamic force that slows the cyclist in the direction of travel. This force depends on the cyclist's frontal impact surface (75%), the road bike and its components (25%), as well as the speed. To minimize translational resistance, it is necessary to limit the impact surface of the cyclist/bike combination, optimizing it as much as possible L'aerodynamics. If you want to go faster, it is essential to reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the cyclist/bike combination, since the force increases proportionally to the square of the speed. From 15 km/h and above, aerodynamic drag is the greatest resistance the cyclist must overcome. The front wheel plays a fundamental role, as it represents L8% of total resistance.
Ray technology
The creation of high-quality spokes scored Lthe beginning of the company. DT was synonymous with high-quality Swiss spokes even before the founding of today's DT Swiss AG. Today, DT Swiss spokes stand for durability and precision and, thanks to their exclusive manufacturing process, offer an unrivaled combination of lightness and stability.
Tubeless technology
All DT Swiss wheels are tubeless compatible and the ASM versions are tubeless ready, equipped with tubeless tape and valves. Tubeless tires boast several advantages compared to the traditional combination of tube and clincher: the tire can be inflated to lower pressure levels, without risking pinching (so-called "snake bite" punctures) and guaranteeing superior grip. The lower pressure offers greater comfort in the saddle and L'absence of room eliminates Lfriction between the latter and the clincher, with a consequent decrease in rolling resistance on terrain and obstacles. LThe use of a sealant liquid for tubeless systems allows the tire to self-seal punctures and small cuts. A great advantage for all those who like to pedal for a long time and who, in case of problems, would find themselves several kilometers from the nearest repairer.
